Retro model 1 hunter
The blade for this model 1 style hunting knife is 180mm long, just under 6mm thick at the ricasso and made from L3 (52100) bearing steel. The blade has a 800 grit hand rubbed finish and the clip is sharpened, the steel double branch hand guard has been gun blued as has the steel butt cap. The handle is made from stacked leather washers dyed mahogany brown with red, white and blue fibre washers top and bottom, the overall length of the knife is approx 300mm. The leather double welted sheath is dyed mahogany brown with white stitching and has been designed with a rough back.
