Herb Chopper
This herb chopper is hand forged from EN43 medium carbon spring steel. It has a hammered surface finish resembling a basket. They can come with one forged finial or two depending on taste. They are supplied with a spalted hornbeam display block. Blade length is 140mm / 150mm, blade thickness is 6mm and blade width is approx 45mm. Please contact me for price and availability.
