Here's the latest knife off the bench
The blade for this custom designed Japanese style Santoku chef's knife is made from 3mm 80Cr V2 high carbon tool steel. The blade length is 195mm, the blade width is 50mm, the overall length of the knife is 335mm and the blade has had a forced mustard etch applied. The handle is a beautiful piece of Arizona desert ironwood with a buffalo horn bolster and held onto the tang by a custom made mosaic pin.
The display base is made from a piece of Australian black Mulga with a deer antler up stand.
